After the zillion rounds of KBR, it's easy to forget that there are other parks in town, too. Here are the best places to escape global warming, or at least from your life.

  • 128 deer, 15 different species of birds and snakes, and monitors afoot. This is not the forest version of Fear Factor. Far from it. It's a huge, shaded park right outside town.

  • You can have a real good time at KBR just taking in the serenity and stillness of the park, if you promise to not laugh or talk loudly. Apparently that's punishable under some law or something.

  • It's very easy to take the wrong turn when you're going to Chacha Nehru Park: and a wrong turn may not be very pleasant. There's a reason, however, that the park is so popular - the people who get in the right way are quite happy.
