Not all management degrees are taken seriously by employers. Fortunately, we know which ones are. Although there's just one ISB in the list, here are B-schools in Hyderabad (in no particular order) that figure in most students' shortlists.
Set up by a JNTU professor, Dhruva is 16 years old, claims it's a not-for-profit institution, and has the top brass at Pennar and Dr. Reddy's on its governing board. Just a few facts that make recruiters and students take this place seriously.

The good news first: the boy-girl ratio here is 1:1. The better news: they all go pubbing. The best news: IPE has 100% placement, and is the best place to make inroads into The Great Indian Public Enterprise.

You have to hand it to these guys – the place is slick. The fly in the ointment, if you'll pardon a hapless mix of clichés, is the dog that did not bark.

1973 is about half a century into the past, and that is one reason why this a Vasavi Group brainchild is not easily brushed aside by people considering a course in management in Hyderabad.
Just as an NIIT-diploma is not the same as a B. Tech. from an IIT but has certainly won a lot of the grads jobs somewhere, the ICFAI MBA is neither to be mocked at nor to be worshipped.

When Montek Singh Ahluwalia visits any college in Hyderabad that is not ISB, you sit up and take notice. However, VJIM has the attention of recruiters even before Ahluwalia conferred degrees on one of its batches.

It's the same management that built the respectable Siva Sivani Public Schools. Their reputation gets ahead of them, and not surprisingly, SSIM tries well to live up to it.

Amity has virtually turned into a franchise, which shows the management's increasing faith in its capabilities to replicate operations. At the very least, Amity's brand managers are doing a good job.

IPE is part of OU. But that was perhaps not the question. OU (campus) is good because the top rankers of ICET go there, and IPE because the placement cell is quite active. I'd rank OU above IPE.
Too good n correct list.............Can u please provide list of good college from where any1 can take executive / Part time MBA in Hyderabad?....Just to add, IMT hyderabad started in Hyd 2 yrs back........and from 2013 , they will start part time MBA
