Anti-Pollution Drive From 15th

Violators of pollution rules will be fined, says city traffic department


8th Feb, 2010: The Hyderabad traffic department has decided to clamp down on pollution this month. An anti-pollution drive is being launched on the 15th of February.

Violators of pollution rules, that is, motorists driving without a PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate, will be fined. Drivers of two/three/four wheelers will be fined Rs. 300, and those of heavy vehicles will be fined Rs. 600.
